Intergraph Blog: Weathering the Storm

Reviewing a post from April 2014 from Intergraph on Weathering the Storm, you can see Wisconsin Public service setting up a quality system in the field employees can have access to the same data and information the office dispatchers can see.  Both the blog post and the Perspectives blurb are very light on details, Intergraph and WPS probably want to keep many details to themselves.  It would be worth to contact Intergraph for more details, I would like to hear more about just how much data can pass back and forth, how much control they give the field employees to keep the dispatchers up to date to minimize downtown to customers.  For information, just email brandon.tourtelotte@hexagongeospatial.com
