EQECAT Launches Reinsurance/Insurance Blog

EQECAT is one of the larger Catastrophic Modeling companies to the insurance and reinsurance industry.  They use statistical analysis with proprietary programs to model insurance damages for different types of catastrophes. It combines GIS and statistical modeling.  It helps insurance and reinsurance companies to plan for events to set their rates in the short and long term.  They have launched their own blog to discuss modeling catastrophes and insights into the insurance and reinsurance industry.
