ASPRS Climate Change Committee

The American Society for Photogrammerty and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) has a Climate Change subcommittee.  The subcommittee encourages studies on climate change using remote sensing techniques (e.g. photogrammerty and LiDAR).  Their plans for the 2013 fall conference is Imaging and Management for Disaster Management.

At the bottom of the page are their recent conference and teleconference meeting notes going back to 2012.

Besides UCAR’s COMET program, NOAA’s Oceanographic Data Center offers OneNOAA Seminars online for more remote sensing and science applications.  You can join a email list to keep informed of upcoming seminars.
