HAZUS-MH for Acessing Tornado-Prone Areas

HAZUS-MH is a ArcGIS extension for emergency management planning put out by FEMA.  It is normally used for earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes.  It can be used to study tornado-damage areas.  Here are a couple papers from Arkansas that show how you can do this.
