Computational Approaches for Urban Enviornments

The University of Heidelberg is calling for book chapter submissions for a future book on Computational Approaches for Urban Environments.  They are looking for topics from the backgrounds of geography, economics, civil engineering, GIS, geomatics, urban planning, statistics, and computer science (you can also include meteorology here).  They want this to be a inter-disciplinary book.  Topics should be cutting edge computational approaches.  Initial chapter proposals need to be submitted by May 30, 2013.

This will be a very important book with the inter-disciplinary nature of the topics.  If you can model urban environments, you can then extend that to rural environments.
